Today I had 100 calories. Three bowls of lettuce, 2 oz total of balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and about 24 croutons total. If Iapos;m off then my estimate of the dressing is high and the croutons is low. Either way, itapos;s a good intake to balance out my horrible apos;potluck socialapos; actions yesterday. Cheesy potatoes, pepper biscuits with cheese inside, banana pudding (though I only had a bite), cookies, apple cider, cheese cubes, crackers, tortilla chips and some bean salad (only a bite). UGH�I�AM�GROSS.
I�lost two pounds though.
